The information below is only available to the art galleries I work with. Please note that this information is confidential. TERMS OF AGREEMENT I always keep consistency in the agreement with all the galleries I work with. This is the boring part but I hope you understand my need to keep terms clear.These are my terms: The works will be delivered to you at my expense and if unsold in three months you will cover the cost to return the works to me. The works must be covered by your insurance while on display in your premises and during transit if you return them back to me, being your responsibility any damages to any of the sculptures.None of the works will be able for loan or rental to any third parties. I will loan the works to you on a "sale or return" agreement, and they will remain my property until I receive the full payment agreed on the delivery note that I will send you with each delivery. All payments will be made by cheque or BACS transfer to my account at the end of the month of each sale. I will supply images for your website on CD or e-mail if you require them. The RETAIL PRICE will breakdown as follows: Art work +casting cost= ARTIST FEE Artist fee + gallery commission= RETAIL PRICE 1/3 art work + 1/3 bronze casting + 1/3 gallery commission= retail price |
